7. Program Advantages

Urologists and team are trained to operate urologic malignancy by laparoscopic approach. Some teams never have experience in laparoscopic surgery before so they have to practice more and we plan to set up workshop like this every year. For the teams who had some experience about laparoscopic urologic surgery before this workshop, they have gained more confidence and more practical points. We have committed to mentor them in their hospital if they need. In overview this workshop can promote laparoscopic urologic surgical experience especially for malignancy, so this will be more benefit to the patients in improving their quality of life.

8. Comment

The cooperation and support of The Thai-German Multidisciplinary Endoscopic Training Center is very valuable. He has a lot of experience in management of this kind of workshop and has also the completeness of necessary instruments, equipments and animal hands-on setting. We will be happy to arrange this kind of workshop with him in the future. We would like him to offer a complete package of workshop in both pelvic training and animal lab training. In the future, system training for robotic assisted laparoscopic surgery may be the highlight of this center.
